Payment Policies

We accept Credit Cards and PayPal

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal using your Debit or Credit Card:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.”

Shipping Policies

United States Orders
All U.S. orders will be shipped USPS Priority mail unless otherwise discussed at time of order.
Multiple Items – Additional items ships for just $3 in the U.S. when added to the same order.

International Orders
International orders will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail, whichever is cheapest. Any customs/duty/VAT fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges do not originate from Cracker Creek Millworks, but from the country of the recipient.

Shipping Times
Most orders ship in 10-14 business days or less after payment is received and artwork is approved. That may vary depending on the current workload we are experiencing. If you are in a hurry to get an item please let us know and we will do everything we can to speed up the process.

Delivery Times
We make no promise of delivery times or can control the delivery companies, therefore an expected date being missed is not a reason for a refund nor will one be given.

When Shipping to a Gift Recipient – If you are sending your order as a gift, please let us know and we will not include an invoice in the package. Please be sure to let the recipient know they are to be receiving a package from us.

Undeliverable Packages – If a package is returned to our shop for any reason, there will be a charge to send the package again. Some carriers charge a fee to return packages. This fee will be billed to the customer before the order is resent.

Refund Policies

PERSONALIZED ITEMS
No refunds after work has begun as this is a custom piece that only you would be able to use.  If the item is refused at delivery by either the buyer or recipient, there is NO REFUND and will only be returned after another shipping payment is made to ship the item out again. We make no promise of delivery times or can control the delivery companies, therefore an expected date being missed is not a reason for a refund nor will one be given.
*Refunds or replacements on personalized items will be offered for these reasons only:
1- We carved the wrong design into your item.
2- We gave you the wrong item.
3- We shipped to the wrong address.

If the error is on the customer it is best to contact us and we will try to provide a replacement at a reduced cost.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged items must be REPORED IMMEDIATELY. No claim will be honored if not reported within 5 business days of delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Be sure all packages are accounted for and are in good condition prior to signing or accepting them. If there is any sign of damage, and the driver is present, have them make a note and have them wait until you open the package to inspect for damage. Take pictures!

Keep boxes and packing materials intact. If you toss those things before the shipper has time to see and inspect them they will do NOTHING, and we can do NOTHING. Again – If the box is damaged and the driver is present, have them make a note and have them wait until you open the package to inspect for damage. Take plenty of pictures!

If an item is lost, we have to file a claim with the carrier in order to find the missing item. If the item shows as delivered to the address provided, we have to wait to replace the item until the carrier completes their investigation. We have to do this because all of our items are made to order, therefore, if it is found, we are out the replacement item. We realize this is frustrating, but our hands are tied in these rare situations.

INFORMATION ABOUT COLORS AND FONTS
Colors – Please note that colors may be different on the final product than they appear on your computer screen. Every effort has been made to accurately portray colors on our part. Screen brightness, resolution, and position can lighten or darken colors in our photos. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace or exchange an item if the color is not “exactly” as you thought it would be.
Fonts – Please understand that every font has different characteristics and some letters may not turn out the same way you would write the letter. This is not an error and we will not replace an item because of font characteristics. Thank you for understanding.

You need to inspect the Proof we send you carefully to insure there are no mistakes before we start production of your order.
